Through flexible, family-centered virtual occupational therapy, we provide practical strategies, coaching, and support you can use at home. Our services can stand alone as primary support, complement your child’s outpatient therapy, or bridge the gap while you’re waiting for in-person services.

Guided Growth OT is a virtual occupational therapy practice created to provide families with flexible, expert support from the comfort of home.
We believe meaningful progress happens when caregivers feel confident and supported. Our work centers on partnering with parents and equipping you with practical strategies and tools you can use in everyday life, not just during sessions. When families feel empowered, growth continues naturally within daily routines.
How We Support Your Family
Our services are thoughtfully designed to fit your needs and schedule. You can work with us through:
• Weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions
• A single consultation for targeted guidance
• Support alongside outpatient or school-based occupational therapy

Our goal is to make high-quality, individualized care accessible and convenient for families navigating long waitlists, busy schedules, or transportation challenges.

We proudly support children ages 3 through 20 across New Jersey and New York. Our approach is client-centered, family-focused, and grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practices.
